Class of 2020,
You can now book an appointment online to pick up your Graduation materials. The 10-minute appointments are available on Tuesday, June 23 from 10 am - 6pm, Wednesday, June 24 from 9 am - 2pm and Thursday, June 25 from 9 am - 1pm. During the appointment time, graduates will receive their ESS diploma case containing their report card, award(s) and a graduation program (diplomas will be distributed in the fall). Pictures may be taken in the foyer by the gym during your appointment, or outside in front of the school before or after your scheduled appointment. Please bring your graduation cap if you have picked it up. If you haven't, you will find it in your graduation package. Please note that the graduate may be accompanied by only one parent/guardian into the school for their appointment. Please pull into the rear parking lot and remain in your vehicle until your appointment time unless you are taking a picture at the front. It is essential that you are on-time for your appointment and that you enter the building only at the designated time. Late or missed appointments may not be honoured. We ask that families do not linger as others are waiting for their appointment time. Graduates who do not wish to or are unable to attend a scheduled appointment on the three days indicated above, will be able to pick up their graduation package in the fall.
Before your appointment you must assess any symptoms of COVID-19 or other acute respiratory infection. Check for: fever, new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea or vomiting. You will enter the building through the back doors by the gym foyer and will be required to complete a COVID-19 declaration before continuing. Please note bathrooms, water fountains and common areas are not accessible. It is critical that physical distancing is observed at all times before, during and after your appointment.
