Semester 1 Exam Schedule - grade 9-12

Inclement Weather, Bus Cancellations & Exam Rescheduling
- The Semester 1 Exam Schedule includes a day to account for potential inclement weather and bus cancellations.
- If buses are canceled due to inclement weather, exams scheduled on that day will be rescheduled to the next exam day. Subsequent exams in the Semester 1 Exam Schedule will also be rescheduled to the next exam day. For example, if buses are canceled on Friday, January 24th, Friday’s exams will be held on Monday, January 27th and all exams are bumped one day.
- In the event of inclement weather, it will be important for families to watch for communication about exam rescheduling. If the Semester 1 Exam Schedule needs to be adjusted due to inclement weather and bus cancellations we will communicate with families through email, Twitter @Ernestown_LDSB , and our website: https://www.limestone.on.ca/
- Students are expected to be present and available to write exams during the entire Exam Period from January 23rd through January 29, 2025.
Additional Information
- Students should only be at school on mornings that they have a scheduled exam. Lunchtime buses will NOT be running this exam period. Students who take the bus and are at school for the day after their exam will be required to be in the library or the cafeteria or working directly with a teacher.
- Students are not permitted to leave during the first hour of the examination.
- Please note that exam days may be used for credit rescue.
- Textbooks should be returned to your teacher at your exam or to Ms. Baker in the Library. Make sure the book you are handing in is the book you signed out with your name in it. All textbooks & English novels must be returned in order to sign our books in Semester Two.
