Tri-Board Student Transportation Services begins planning school bus routes for the next school year in the spring for more than 30,000 students on 600+ school bus routes. The earlier applications are submitted to Tri-Board, the better.

For the 2025-2026 school year, our deadline for transportation applications is August 6, 2025, to have access to transportation for the first day of school. If the student will be riding the bus for the first time, or if the student’s address or school will be different in September, an application should be submitted.
Families and schools will be able to access 2025-2026 transportation information through the Student Portal on triboard.ca in the summer. Please SUBSCRIBE to Triboard BusPlanner to see details about your bus route.
