Welcome future Eagles!

Good afternoon future Ernestown Eagles entering grade 9 next year. My name is Ms. Hamilton and I'm the vice-principal of Ernestown. I am reaching out today to say that we so are excited to welcome you, our incoming Grade 9 students to Ernestown Intermediate & Secondary School! We are wishing you a fantastic summer, and just wanted to share a few quick updates with you as you prepare to begin this exciting new chapter. We are looking forward to meeting you on Grade 9 Day, August 27 and then our first day of classes will be Wednesday, September 2nd. 

Grade 9 Orientation Day – August 27 (8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Join us for a fun and welcoming half-day designed to help you get comfortable at EISS and meet your fellow incoming Eagles. Students can look forward to school tours, learning where their classes are, playing games and team-building activities, learning about extracurricular opportunities, meeting new friends, and receiving their first bit of EISS swag! Lunch will be provided, and students will receive their lock and be assigned their locker for the year. Please make sure you bring $10 on Grade 9 Orientation Day to purchase the lock you will use. 

Timetables
All Grade 9 students will receive a paper copy of their timetable during Grade 9 Day on August 27.

Questions About Your Schedule?
Student Services will be open, and you can book appointments from August 24–28 with Ms. Stinson and Ms. Matheson to assist with timetable questions or concerns. Click the link to book an appointment.
